Debaler

The Debaler is a fully automatic installation to empty several kinds of packaging.
The packaging is emptied, the raw material loosened an sieved. The empty packaging is collected separately.

Many kinds of packed raw materials, compressed or otherwise, are processed daily. Manually clean and rapid separation of raw material, packaging and pallets is a time-consuming, arduous and dangerous business.The automatic processing of packaging raw material is essential in order to keep the wages and waste costs down.
The Debaler allows the automatic processing of loose and compressed raw materials in packaging from 10 to 100 litres, compressed bales from 50 to 400 litres, Big bags and Big bales from 1 to 7 m3, execpt bales with metal straps. The packaging is not cut or ground down. This prevents contamination of the raw material. The raw material is loosened and sieved and then removed via a discharge conveyor (optional). The in-and output of pallets is done by a fork-lift truck.
The residual foil is collected seperately.
