Big Bale Press
The ISC Big Bale Press (BBP65) is a compact and fully automatic installation for compressing, packing and palletising bulk products.
The big bale press is used for many types of compressible and cohesive products. This so-called three in one installation reduces capital outlay. The three principles are:
- Filling and compressing
- Foil wrapping and sealing of compressed product
- Stacked on a pallet, ready for transport
The ISC Big Bale Press 65 keeps foil consumption to a minimum by strechting the wrapping foil. As a result, there is a saving in packing materials up to 60% in comparison with traditional packaging methods. Apart from a variable big bale volume of 2 m³ up to 7m³ and a big bale height of 1 meter up to 2.5 meter, the maximum production capacity of the Big Bale Press 65 is up to 28 Big-bales per hour in one compression cycle (depending on infeed capacity and material specs). Because of the use of the patented press table, it is possible to achieve high pressure up to 65 tons, wihtout damaging the pallet. Pallets with various sizes can be used. The big bale is sealed at the top and bottom side. This limits overheating to the minimum and prevents contamination of the product. Thanks to the compact and flexible size of the big bale, your product can be transported, delivered and stored in the most efficient way.
